Plan broken into
Mondays no training - no training
Tue: Bike and run - bike and run
Wed swim and weights - swim
Thu: Bike and run - bike and run
Fri: swim - missed 3 and 4.
Sat: Bike and weights - going well on Sat.
Sun: run and swim. swim on 1, no runs on Sun yet.
PLAN
-Continue as is Mon-Friday.
Sat is fine.
Need to get Sunday into line.
Signed up for the A-race. Aug 21st 2016. Timberman 70.3
Month goal is to identify other target events in early season, duathlon/sprints.
