1'st session DONE!

Well that's it I'm off the blocks!

Spin bike 10 miles 23:27
Run 3miles in 30 mins

Bike felt good but the run was barely there. Left hip felt tight, walked a few minutes of it.

Day 1 week 1 - Done

Planning on completing a sprint followed by an Olympic followed by a half ironman program
